How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who reach out to Deservesgirlfriend Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Deservesgirlfriend Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know, though, that Deservesgirlfriend Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@deservesgirlfriend.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
